Colorplay

I love love love film, but I have to give credit to digital for renewing my interest in photography in the first place. If it weren't for the humble but capable Nikon D5500, I probably would have put down the camera a long time ago.

The best thing about digital? How easy it is to play with the images. I know there are probably millions of film photographers (ha) out there playing with film images in Photoshop. I am not one of them (yet?). Nor do I have Photoshop (yet?). I just have PicsArt.

It's not the best app, being that it is on the phone, but it does have some fun tools that I can play with.

I decided to tweak some colors to make my kids pop. I also decided to try a little monochrome love. I think they turned out pretty nifty.
