Cheap cards can become monsters: even a low-cost monster can become a threat if it gets an early elimination. The risk is doubled: the opponent also has access to the same power. If you let an enemy accumulate Bloodlust, it may be impossible to stop them. Therefore, the key is to secure the first kill and prevent the opponent from doing the same.

Battle Strategy:

In a match where I had 53 mana available, with the "Blood Moon" rule bringing a lot of offensive power to the game, I ended up choosing a life deck, which I believe has the most support and healing cards in this new meta.

It is clear that an offensive strategy that evolves as the game progresses makes maintaining a solid defensive line an almost impossible mission, perhaps because the turning point lies in the secondary positions.

The sooner you attack, the greater the chance of securing the first elimination and activating Bloodlust. Monsters with high speed or abilities like Swiftness and Phase can be decisive. Abilities that guarantee kills: Opportunity: attacks enemies with lower health, increasing the chance of easy kills. Sneak and Snipe: focus on fragile targets in the backline. Blast: can generate multiple eliminations in sequence. Double Strike: two chances to activate Bloodlust in the same turn.

Olivia of the Brook can be considered one of the most lethal cards in the Blood Moon rule, precisely because its abilities combine explosively with the Bloodlust effect. Olivia's Opportunity ability: Olivia always attacks the enemy with the lowest health. This greatly increases the chance of securing quick kills, activating Bloodlust early on. Mimic ability: From the second turn onwards, Olivia can copy random abilities from the enemy team. This means she can gain Sneak, Double Strike, Blast, or even defensive abilities, making her unpredictable and even more deadly.

Power Scaling: Each kill grants +1 to all attributes. With Opportunity, Olivia tends to accumulate consecutive eliminations, growing uncontrollably. É claro que uma ofensividade que evolua com medida que partida avança manter uma linha defensiva solida se torna uma missão quase que impossível de se manter, talvez porque o ponto de virada esteja na posição secundarias.
