Level 5 Cards and their Features
For your DreeMerge needs!
Our DreemPort Marketplace has been open for staff for a few weeks, as we do final testing- and playing! lol (I may or may not have spent a ridiculous amount of DREEM on a card simply for the ID. 🤣) No the ID doesn't matter to ANYONE else. lol just me. hahaha
But aside from IDs!!! There actually are REAL features associated with our Level 5 cards (and higher) that can be activated on DreemPort**. This will help you know which cards you'd like to hold on to for yourself - and which you'd like to try to sell off! Maybe others want those features more than you! hehe
Here they are! Keep this as your cheat sheet for when the Marketplace opens for our dreemers this week!
NOTE: These cards must be minted before features can be activated.
Also note the difference between public cards and staff cards. Staff have a broad silver frame. Anyone can buy or sell any card - but features can only be activated in the right category. Staff can activate staff cards, dreemers can activate public cards. Please be aware of this when trading on the Marketplace.
For the purpose of this list, only public cards will be shown.
Double Dreem
Feature time: 30 days
Description:
Ability to earn 1 month of double DREEM rewards from DreemPort - Able to be redeemed every 180 Days. Once activated, card is in cooldown mode, regardless of ownership. Timer remains with the NFT.
(Staff feature for Staff card is the same)
Brown Lock & Key, Level 5
1000 @ecency Points
Feature time: same day
Description:
Ability to redeem for 1000 Ecency Points - Able to be redeemed every 180 Days. Points are issued upon redemption. Once activated, card is in cooldown mode, regardless of ownership. Timer remains with the NFT.
(Staff feature for Staff card is the same)
Gold Dragon, Level 5
Double Curation
Feature time: 30 days
Description:
Ability to curate twice in one day for a month, which also enables earning levelling twice as fast, and double DreeMerge cards - Able to be redeemed every 180 Days. Once activated, card is in cooldown mode, regardless of ownership. Timer remains with the NFT.
(Staff feature for Staff card is the same)
Purple Dragonfly, Level 5
Featured Posts and Bounties
Feature time: 30 days
Description:
Ability to have two Featured Posts in one Month with choice of 3 optional Bounties - Able to be redeemed every 180 Days. Once activated, card is in cooldown mode, regardless of ownership. Timer remains with the NFT.
(Staff feature for Staff card is the same)
Orange Butterfly, Level 5
Submit a Friend and Star Giver
Feature time: 30 days
Description:
Ability to submit-a-friend, plus PERMA-STAR privileges for one month. Have the exclusive privilege of submitting friend's posts for them, AND have a star to use EVERY day. - Able to be redeemed every 180 Days. Once activated, card is in cooldown mode, regardless of ownership. Timer remains with the NFT.

Ultimate Quill (all 5 Level 5 cards, merged)
Ultimate Choice
Feature time: 30 days
Description:
This NFT gives your choice of 3 features from the 5 available on the Level 5 cards per set to be activated: Double Curation, Submit a Friend and Star Giver, 1000 Ecency Points, Featured Posts and Bounties, Double Dreem. This card also has extra media files available for download. Possession of this card is a requirement to enter into the drawing for the Dreem Teem Retreet 2024. (It is not necessary to mint this card for the drawing; only to activate the other features.) Once activated, card is in cooldown mode, regardless of ownership. Timer remains with the NFT.

He just thinks its a great accomplishment so he will keep it! lol
The ultimate quill card is truly the ultimate but then every card has its benefit. I haven't learned how to merge cards or sell off, I am still lost on that aspect.

hahaha every day you use DreemPort you should get two after doing your tasks! Then - click on the page and reveal the cards to see which ones you earned. As soon as you have enough of each level - you can merge them into one at the next higher level!

Just had time to go through the details of the post, I have always thought all level five cards would have the same features when minted but seeing how these cards have different features it just took the fun of owning these cards to another level because the kind of features a dreemer seek will determine the kind of card to purchase in the marketplace.

Interesting. I was wondering what the cards were for and what each one meant / represented. Is there a reason for the ones you receive or is this random, like when we use to buy playing cards as a kid?

hehehe they are random - just like cards to collect in the packs! yep!!!
The most common level to get is 1 - and the most rare - level 4! But as you collect more and more - you can merge them and level them up!
So - you either can get to that Ultimate Quill fast with some luck! heheh or - just dedication to collecting daily with your DreemPort tasks will get you there! :)
This was just our first introduction to this kind of game... but Season 2 comes out in April and is going to be so much fun! LOL I wish I could play too hahahahaha

but let me just quickly answer your question here too! you'll pick it up quickly hehe
7 level 1 cards are able to be merged up to one Level 2
5 level 2 > one level 3
3 level 3 > one level 4
2 level 4 > one level 5
if you get ALL 5 level 5 cards- they can be merged into the Ultimate Quill.
CAN BE... but maybe you dont want to? hehehe
Each level 5 card has a specific feature to be used on dreemport! so maybe you prefer to have all 5 of those features
If you DO choose to level up to Ultimate Quill - then you have your choice of 3 features from the level 5s (any 3 you like) PLUS that card is required to be considered for the trip.
Of course, there are other stipulations that are requirements for the trip too..
Let me show you a screenshot too
As you can see there - lots of cards -but the GREEN ARROW with the "2" - indicates that this dreemer has enough cards to merge up to level 2.
Soon you will also see a yellow arrow - but that is for minting the cards into NFTs - if you have cards that you want to buy/sell/trade.
I won't confuse you with that hehehehe - but its coming - and will be extra fun! hehehe
The cards are cute, to be honest, but they are too difficult to complete. Hahaha
I've been wondering when can I even complete one of them.

so we can't just give you them all to rush through it hahahaha
and most dreemers just collect them and go about their DreemPort business having fun and connecting and then check everyone once in a while if they have an opportunity to level up!
I think most people have TONS of cards by now hahaha They have been given out for a whole year! hehe
Maybe you'll just have to buy the cards you need to level up in the Marketplace! hehehe then you'll get your cards, and dreemers will get to sell! win win win win! :)

You only need 7 of the level 1 to merge up to level 2... and you have 16 of the Orange Butterfly! 😂
You only need 5 of the level 2 to merge up to level 3.... and you have it!!!

also - i can probably answer your question really quickly here though hahaha
A card can only be activated once in 6 months.
If you mint a card (turn into an NFT), and activate the features - the timer starts on how soon it can be activated again. If you activate on day 1 - there are 179 days left until it can be activated again.
If - say - after you use that card for a month, you want to sell that card to another person - you can! Just place it on the Marketplace! But if you sell the card to another person - the timer is still intact.
If you have 150 more days until the card can be activated again - and sell the card, the NEW owner will pick right up on that same cooldown timer.
I think I get it but might have some more specific questions. Will try to create use cases before you have live sessions.

After reading this I now finally understand what you were explaining on discord earlier.
My network was choppy so it was hard hearing.
I do have a question.
The privileges of the ultimate quill card are available if the card is in your normal Dreemport profile or if it's minted, right?
So what if hou mint and put it up for sale then someone buys it..
Does the privilege of the bought ultimate quill card goes to the new buyer?
And if you have 2 ultimate quill cards, does it mean you can choose 6 different features? (3 cards features chosen for each ultimate quill card in your possession...)

Yes - once you sell the card - you no longer have the privileges... so you mint it - activate the features, enjoy them... and THEN you can sell it if you like.
or you can keep it! The features will be able to be reactivated every 6 months!
And yes - if you have 2 Ultimate quill cards - you get to use 3 features on both!
but since most are available for only one month - it makes more sense for you to use one card in one month - and then use the next card for the next month!
