Sorry I couldn't help myself starting this off with this song. It's really heart touching. Surely has nothing to do with my continuing posts in regards to Saturn the dark one and the moon ;)
Aristotle once gave a historic account on the ancient Greek region of Arcadia dictating that there was once a time described by ancient texts, accounting of the passage of the stars in time and such, of never have mentioning a moon to be present on Earth's orbit.
I wouldn't suggest that our moon is some how created by some cataclysmic event that crashed into our planet, because even that theory is unknown if it really happened that way. But they do seem to push it as truth. Just more propaganda by the modern material scientist. Where questioning the moons origins is frowned upon and will kick you out of the club if you even mentioned anything different than what is pre selected as acceptable under their ruling. Even if it's just a theory.
But yet ancient scriptures and historical figures have been discovered long ago dictating human presence before our strange satellite existence. How would modern scientist debate that? They don't. They shove it under the carpet not to be seen.
These ancient indigenous people of Greek were called Pelasgian for short and lived within the mountains of Arcadia. I think they were ethically cleansed out by the "new Greeks" and I personally would account to hold the Pelasgian(Πελασγοί) as the original Greeks. Supposedly have lived before the great cataclysm as the new Greeks called them also, Proselenes (meaning “those that were before the moon” in Greek).
If there were humans before the moon, how is it that we can eat up a story about such a major change on Earth's surface, that would have wiped out all life on Earth if there was any, to thus create the moon we know today?
It just seems irrational to me that humans could have existed through something like that. Unless, being more intelligent than us, knew what was to come and made drastic measures to take care of themselves during such a 'cataclysm" event such as a giant ball of earth crashing unto our earth thus creating a small moon later.
No, I think the moon came into orbit either on its own as various ancient texts around the globe keeps suggesting, or brought here by other artificial forces unknown. Call me crazy if you want I don't care. But the fact there is accounting for civilization before the moon and no accounting for the moons creation, but rather a moon coming into orbit, is a giant elephant the room that keeps getting ignored.
The amount of time for the moon to come together from the degree of such an even would take millions and millions of years. Billions even. But yet we have no accounting of such rings around the earth by any historical figure. But we do have accounting of a before the moon and not just from the ancient original Greeks. So explain that so called modern archeologists.
Said to have been built around 13,000 BC, the courtyard of Kalasasaya holds some remarkable evidence written in on its walls depicted as images of a people living before the moon. And this is far away from the area of the Greeks.
You know where Bolivia is right? Clearly not on the same road map, but maybe in a time where the tectonic plates were much closer together with ancient Greek, I could see how this story can be passed to such a large distance.
Before Columbus ever decided to pay a visit to Bolivia and spread his disease, The ancient city of Tiahuanacu were alive and thriving with approximately 15k people. That's a busy city for those times. Very large. Today Tiahuanacu is one of the largest archeological sites in South America. We're sun worshipping was a thing as in many other areas around the globe.

Similarly, here the God Nehebkau holding two serpent staffs from the Temple at Kom Ombo. See the similarities? I don't think it's by coincidence.
In ancient Egypt, "El" gives Moses a staff. "El" gives a staff also to Aaron each with it's distinct accounts of power from god. Do go give those a good read regarding the staff of gods. Infact, go do some Google images of gods holding staffs. Sometimes they are depicted as having two heads.
The gateway of past and future. Like the sun rising and the sun setting. Horus and Seth. St. Micheal and the devil, good and evil. Just never gets old seeing the striking resemblance. Janus is also depicted to be a two headed god to be the gate keeper of past and future.
In ancient mesopotamia the god of the underworld is also to have two staffs.
And hundreds more across time and the space of earth. One replacing the other as time moves onward.
According to Zulu legend in Africa, the moon was brought hundreds of generations ago by two brothers of alien form, Wowane and Mpanku.
This suggests that the moon came into orbit and not some creation story of cataclysmic proportions. Though it's arrival could have sparked major tsunamis that could have very well wiped out a good portion of land and civilizations. Maybe, apart from the nova event as naturally scheduled to happen any day now by the sun, it may have been the moon fault that caused the great flood depicted in the story of Noah. But I would be jumping too far ahead of myself there.

Perhaps what Michael Tsarion proposes is correct...
According to Michael Tsarion, there were some "Bad Guys" (BG) being chased across Our galaxy by some "Good Guys" (GG). The BG arrived in Our solar system, set up a decoy on Tiamat (the planet between Mars and Jupiter), then came to Earth and hunkered down.
The GG arrived, saw the decoy, checked for native sapient life, found none, and blew the planet up (explaining the asteroid belt). They were suspicious, though, and checked the other planets, somehow determining that the BG were here. And They found plenty of sapient life native to the planet. So... They put a barrier up around the globe above low earth orbit that We can't get through. They moved the moon into place to be a "guard tower" (explaining the many stories around the globe of a time when there was no moon, and the claims "the gods" put it there). Also explaining "The Watchers."
