A Taste of Home: Discovering Filipino Delicacies and Warm Hospitality at Tams Food House

I hope you’re all having a wonderful day filled with joy and good food! Yesterday, I had the chance to visit one of my favorite local food shops here in our town, Tams Food house located in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat. This place is truly a have for food lovers like me who enjoy authentic Filipino flavors and comforting delicacies that remind us of home.

The moment I stepped inside, the sweet and warm aroma of freshly cooked kankanin instantly brought back childhood memories. I couldn’t resist filling my basket with my favorites, Empanada, Puto, Suman, kalamay hati, Valenciana and different kinds of bread, everything looked delicious and was beautifully displayed making it hard to choose just one!

Aside from their famous native delicacies, Tams Food House also offers cakes, chips, peanuts, native coffee, honey, juices, candies and more. And if you’re craving for a heavier meal, don’t worry, they also serve home cooked viand that are full of flavor and prepared with love and pride. Every dish is made with fresh ingredients and cooked in traditional Filipino way. Giving you that comforting ‘lutong bahay’ taste we all love.

Visiting this Food house reminded me how important it is to support local businesses that keep our tradition alive. Filipino delicacies are more than just food, they tell stories of family, love and togetherness.
