Such a graphic description for doctors migrating to practice medicine abroad. While I believe the numbers are currently alarming, I don't think the government can change it by speaking to doctors...
Fix the system and you would not need to hold on to your doctors like a life raft. They will stay.

Honestly and it's alarming that the solutions are things we can afford, I mean, when you see the Amount of money these people squash on elections, you will never believe their useless excuses of there's no money
These doctors aren't asking for much.. it's what they deserve
