Wednesday at the lake

Hi friends. Today I turned my Wednesday walk into a bit of recreation. I decided to spend it with my friends at the lake.Early in the morning we went for a hike of about twelve thousand steps which was really enjoyable. Later a friend brought fishing geahiv.There was also a catch, I participated less because I don't like fishing. And then my friends grilled the fish and we had lunch.

I'm not much of a fisherman, but my friend is great and was most involved in preparing the fish.


After lunch, we continued our walk along the lake shore, passing campers and beautiful scenery.

We stopped at a nearby hotel, had a refreshing drink and coffee and continued our walk. The weather near the lake was not as warm as in the city. We escaped from the high temperature


We passed through meadows where there were really many medicinal herbs, but I had already finished harvesting, so we didn't stop. What amazed me is that I can't stop taking photos of this beauty. Later we returned by car, but there was still a lot to see along the way.At one point by the lake we noticed horses. They told us they didn't belong to anyone. That they found them in the mountains and that everyone takes care of them, especially in the winter, bringing them food. I learned some interesting things about this area, so I will try to write about it in the next posts



On the way back, we saw how people live here and how hard they earn to survive. As I found out, these are people who do not work anywhere and do not receive anything, they live on what they earn by raising cattle and doing agriculture.




On the way, we stopped in a village and bought some local cheese and milk. It was a unique opportunity to buy something of quality. I returned home satisfied with the day I had spent.
