Turning Trials Into Triumphs

Trials of life are unpredictable, you don't know how they will come. It might be from failing a big project, or you might just be struggling to get by through life.

I've always been there before, staring at the closed opportunity, wondering if I should just give up on myself. But this I've learnt, that when you face your trials head on, you carve your own path, not just to follow the life.

I can remember when my side hustle went down because of supply issues, I felt very sad. My fashion business was going down, orders were being delayed, customers were getting upset and annoyed and losing interest in me. I kept losing my savings, I kept making loss instead of profit. But instead of quitting, I had to double my work.

And my strategy was that simple, I had to focus on what I can control. I had to renegotiate with those that were supplying me with my materials, communicate well to them. And try to build connections with my customers, and also trying to improve my skills on marketing also to boost my outreach.

I also kept things that I was happy to achieve, even though I was making a huge loss, to remind myself that I'm also making progress in life. So what fueled me into not giving up?

It was a vision of how my brand should grow plus that rugged belief that I wasn't born to fail in life, this lesson really taught me enough and these lessons are very powerful, I have learned to adapt just like the street walker to adapt and switch tactics.

I also learned that asking for help from others is not a sign of weakness. There is no time that I asked a friend for help and the advice of that friend saved my life. Every setback showed me I could rebuild something fun and wiser.

If you're someone who let this challenges overwhelm you please I'm telling you don't give up, many of us have been there and we kept on working to change the whole narrative by working harder. Start by setting small goals, maybe just be saving a little money month to month. Save the money, you start to learn a new skill or just find a mentor or watch videos on the internet. All this will help you to elevate

Challenges and trials are very tough but nevertheless they are also what teaches us how life operates. Like tailoring that perfect outfit. You have to be very patient and precise in your decisions, keep working, keep stitching, keep moving and soon you will be surprised how you get to the final destination of success.
