Not entirely clear on their reasoning. From what I've read, it seems like the Steam beta on ChromeOS just didn't get enough traction. Might be a resource allocation thing for Google. Haven't dug too deep into it tho

honestly not surprising. Most Chromebook arent powerful enough for gaming

Yeah, could be. I wouldn't be surprised if Google’s cooking up their own gaming platform or pushing Stadia harder. Just a guess though, haven't dug into it much. What do you think they might roll out?
