Healthy Food or Junk

What type of food do you prefer? Are you on the 'healthy team' or do you prefer junk food? Or do you simply maintain a good balance between the two?

If food choices were a personality test, what would yours say. Well mine would say I'm a lazy person that just ests what's available or wants what is not. What is quite funny if you ask me.

I would not say that I'm a foodie but I do love good food. I just don't eat a lot of it. Most times I can be picky depends on my mood or most times I eat. I don't lean to one side more than the other.
I love love loveeeee spicy food any day any time. As much as I love takeout I'd rather cook my meals myself. It just makes it more delicious to consume, kind of like a nice reward. I'm Nigerian and an akwa ibomite and yes I love to eat traditional meals. They taste like home all the time.

To the main question. I prefer eating healthy but I mostly go with tge flow and just have what's available if I can't make something new. But I lean more to healthy food, mostly homeworker actually. That being said I do love pizza and small fries. I you can always get me with those
Now when I say I love to eat healthy, its not for health reasons it just tastes better and makes me feel better after eating. I do meal preps for some weeks and the others just go with the flow.

I try not to restrict myself since too many rules will make it a task and it'll stop being fun. Food should nourish you, but it should also bring you joy.
