A Cape Cod house on a Pond
In my attempts to capture more of my daily life, tho quiet and boring it might be, I'm hoping to share more video.
I like to think of them as little postcards
Taking snippets of my day and encapsulating them into video format does make me feel as if it's an extension of my journal. I always keep a little journal beside me where I have my morning fire and coffee.
It allows me to take the time to jot down any thoughts Im having in the moment. I also make little lists of what I "Hope" to get to that day as well as what "Needs" doing. Looking back on it is always interesting. I can find a spot on a calendar and flip thru it and recall "Ah, I was ruminating on Poe that morning" or "Yikes, I never DID organize that closet in the studio."
I hope you enjoy my little video postcard/diary entry. A trip to my MIL and just a snippet of a moment of an artist living her life by the water (I've always found myself by the water, lucky that.)
I hope you find a moment in your day to indulge in your own passions.

That looks like a lovely place. We did like what we saw of Cape Cod.
The chicken house is impressive. Our chickens used to have the old playhouse, but now have a smaller coop.
My parents have a very similar little piano to the one you showed with the black notes painted on. My mum likes her antiques too.
Have a great day.

How lovely that you were able to go to the Cape when you were last in the US. Did you see any of Boston as well or make it to the vineyard or Nantucket? All lovely spots.
Yes, I've always loved my MIL chicken house, I'd love such a one, but mine is tiny and poky and serviceable at best.
We explored some of historic Boston and I liked it a lot. We also went to Providence and Newport which were nice.
