Rising to a new world - BioShock Infinite
Hi guys I'm back after seeing the support received in my previous post, I want to continue along with you with this mysterious adventure of BioShock Infinite, to make you short this introduction I want to remind you that previously I had found a mysterious chair in a streetlight, however, once I sat on it, I discovered that this was basically a portal to a majestic place.
The chair we found before was not really a torture machine as I thought, however, it was a chair that served as a portal that would take me to heaven literally, because as you can see a capsule took me to the top of a specific point of the sea where there is a new world leaving a beautiful and clearly mystical city in terms of religion for its imposing monuments and temples with angels.  The capsule or machine that is now flying me is slowly descending to a terminal that welcomed me with a yellow glow, almost like the sun itself.  After the machine released the ties of the chair, I was able to go down to this place that from the beginning made me be spellbound, because visually it makes it clear that the religious and pure will be present in this title, a very aggressive contrast to reality, considering that in the previous chapter described in my post, we saw a corpse and an imminent threat to the character.  After being captivated by the tranquillity of this place, I started to explore and found a man praying in a low voice, there he saw me, however, he did not say anything to me, leaving me to do what I wanted.  I headed to the altar of the church where there were a few offerings in the confession place, some silver coins were there shining, hahaha I hope I don't get lynched for taking those coins from the church, but no doubt they must be of some use to me later on. I think it is the most ironic thing now that I think about it, since I was stealing inside the place where people describe and release their sins xd...   After walking aimlessly through this temple, I was attracted by a spiral staircase, for from there came a celestial chorus chant.  The darkness became more evident each time I went further and further down the stairs, being illuminated by some candles, but the chorus singing did not stop, so I continued until I reached a clear place where some people were praying and singing praises. Beyond being impressive it caused me a feeling of fullness and tranquillity, since I was playing it with my headphones on, a good decision, no doubt if you want to enjoy one hundred percent of this title.  And I continued to walk among the people present, to find a priest or something like that, something that I noticed is that these people have a lot of respect and worship him as a deity or divine figure.  He extended his hand to welcome me to this place and the people of the place shouted almost with euphoria to let me be baptized by him, and so I did, because I had no other choice. But... as I approached I realized that the look of this man was strange, since his pupils were completely white, but I really do not know if it is due to blindness by some disease.  This priest plunged me sharply into the water several times and suddenly the protagonist had some hallucination in another much more sinister place, now I was in a room where they were desperately knocking on the door and I hesitated for a moment to open it, because it scared me xd.   I decided to open the door to see that this same city that we saw from the capsule at the beginning is now in flames and surrounded by chaos everywhere.  Many doubts invaded my senses, maybe it is some prophecy that must be fulfilled with the passing of time, or does this place hide some secret behind that divinity and unwavering faith... those were some of my questions, for example: Why don't you leave me a comment at the end of this adventure, see how I caught you reading xd!  I appeared lying in a fountain while some people were staring at me not waiting, it was really statues hahaha.  Well, at least I was lucky to see this beautiful place after that strange and mysterious welcome to the game. I noticed that some people were kneeling, begging and thanking some people that I don't know if they are deities or human characters with power over religion in this place.  And as if it were some doors opening with celestial songs straight to the garden of Eden, I stay to continue my journey with you in the next post, thank you for reading and supporting my content, that makes me happy to share one of the things I enjoy the most: Gaming! Btw, love the atmosphere in the game, looks so mysterious.
hahahaha Now that I think about it, it's a good business idea to create a gamer chair for this videogame xd. On the other hand, I find amazing the atmosphere and the sudden changes that the story had, because at the beginning everything was darker and now I'm in what seems to be paradise, so if it is very mysterious...
