Hello everyone, for me it is an important day, since today I present my final project in my school, so it is gratifying to start the post telling you about this small of the many achievements to reach in my real and personal life; however, because of this for a few days ago I had been doing a drawing related to reading the future through a magic sphere and now that I think about it after everything that has happened in the last days of my life I discovered that unconsciously I made a drawing related to the concern about how the future would be, which is now present hahaha.
So I present to you the new creation inspired by GRASS, the dragon of the forest, which is now a shaman or wizard who knows some ancestral things...
To start this drawing, I made a pencil and paper sketch on my cardboard and then took a photo and digitized it in the drawing program.
As you can see from this sketch, I highlighted the best defined and most meaningful lines on the GRASS shaman design.
Now I had to colour and define the main colours of the drawing, obviously I used the same palette of green colours as the original, although darkening a little more the skin, because this will help me when I put the shadows.
Now, as you can see, use some varied strokes with light and dark greens, doing everything in an ascending and circular way, as the source of light is the crystal ball that reads the future and grants some requests with the help of spirits from beyond.
I blurred the first shadows with the water brush in order to move forward with the illuminations of the sphere.
From here on I used some purple and flashy colours to make the crystal ball the centre of attention, that's why the skull I drew inside it, because it seems to invoke some spirit.
From a more general screenshot, you will see how the whole GRASS body is taking shape.
And so this creature would be completely ready, the last details you can see with the naked eye as illuminations in the eyes and some cracks in the scaly skin. I'd like you to rate the final result I'll leave you below, thanks for watching!
