We don't have a budget for 50 Euro a time but we do distribute DRAWMATIC when we pick a post. It's 1/5 currently. Hopelessly in future it will be 5/5 per post.
As budget increases we can increase our gifting to authors we pick.
Your other complain is heard and changes are made to provide you a better hive experience.
