Whenever a post reaches trending, it gets all the money from those who decline their rewards. So I thought you were just cleaning cherry on top money back to the average joe. Isn't it right?
That's my understanding of the reward pool.

Decline rewards gets allocated to all other payouts. Obviously trending gets the lion's share of that.
