Hello! I am quite tired this Sunday. My nieces are finally going back home this Monday. While on the one hand I am sad to see them go, on the other hand I am also happy that now I will be able to sleep in peace. No matter how cute children are, they are also a responsibility. I will remember the days when I couldn't open my laptop for fear that a flying baby would jump on my laptop. Well, I love them a lot, but let's make some fun jokes to celebrate their departure.
السلام علیکم! میں اس سنڈے کافی تھکا ہوا ہوں۔ میری بھانجیاں اس منڈے کو فائنلی اپنے گھر واپس جا رہی ہیں۔ جہاں ایک طرف مجھے ان کے جانے کا دکھ ہے وہاں مجھے دوسری طرف اس بات کی خوشی بھی ہے کہ اب میں سکون سے سو سکوں گا۔ چھوٹے بچے کتنے بھی پیارے لگے لیکن ہوتے تو وہ ایک ذمہ داری بھی ہیں۔ میں ان دنوں کو یاد کروں گا جب میں اس ڈر سے لیپ ٹاپ نہیں کھول سکتا تھا کہ کہیں میرے لیپ ٹاپ پہ ایک اڑتا ہوا بچہ جمپ نہ لگا دے۔ خیر مجھے ان سے بہت پیار ہے لیکن چلیں ان کے جانے کی خوشی میں کچھ مستی مذاق کرتے ہیں۔
When I took my nieces to the park, I saw many people not playing with their own children. They are busy on phone calls and keeping one eye on the children. There are some people who find married life a burden. Well, I am not even married yet and I have just become a father of two children. You may be wondering what babysitting is all about, to give you an example, yesterday my three year old niece was playing with a pillow case by her feet and after a while she started crying because she stuck the pillow case in her foot. Had taken it and was not getting out of it now.
جب میں اپنی بھانجیوں کو لے کر پارک گیا تو میں نے دیکھا کہ بہت سے لوگ اپنے بچوں کے ساتھ نہیں کھیل رہے تھے۔ وہ فون کالز اور بچوں پر ایک نظر رکھنے میں مصروف ہیں۔ کچھ لوگ ایسے ہوتے ہیں جو شادی شدہ زندگی کو بوجھ سمجھتے ہیں۔ ویسے میری ابھی شادی بھی نہیں ہوئی اور میں ابھی دو بچوں کا باپ بن گیا ہوں۔ آپ سوچ رہے ہوں گے کہ بچوں کو سنبھالنے کا کیا کام ہے، ایک مثال دوں، کل میری تین سالہ بھانجی پاؤں کے پاس تکیے کے کیسہ سے کھیل رہی تھی اور کچھ دیر بعد رونے لگی کیونکہ اس نے تکیے کے کیسہ کو اپنے پاؤں میں پھنسا لیا تھا اور اب اس سے نکل نہیں رہا تھا۔
Aside from taking their children as a burden the young generation has many mischievous and childish traits. They always want to do funny things with the children. Like a child's chocolate sharing and eating it all in the name of sharing. What kind of move is this?
اپنے بچوں کو بوجھ سمجھنے کے علاوہ نوجوان نسل میں بہت سی شرارتی اور بچگانہ خصلتیں ہیں۔ وہ ہمیشہ بچوں کے ساتھ مضحکہ خیز باتیں کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ جیسا کہ بچے کی چاکلیٹ شیئرنگ شیئرنگ کے نام پہ ساری کھا جانا۔ اماں جی یہ کیسی حرکت ہے۔
I believe children also have a remedy for such parents. They retaliate against every excess committed during the day. They create a commotion in bed at night. Wetting the bed at night and crying all night are among their actions. This is the right treatment for parents who cannot manage their children. When I sleep at night, there is a little bump on the edge of the bedsheet. The soul of John Cena resides inside my niece at night. And then evening comes to me again. Imagine suddenly waking up because someone has made a loud noise and landed on your stomach.
میرے خیال میں بچوں کے پاس بھی ایسے والدین کا علاج ہے۔ وہ دن میں اپنے ساتھ ہونے والی ہر زیادتی کا بدلہ لیتے ہیں۔ وہ رات کو بستر پر ادھم مچا دیتے ہیں۔ رات کو بستر گیلا کرنا اور ساری رات رونا ان کے کارناموں میں سے ہے۔ یہ والدین کے لیے صحیح علاج ہے جو اپنے بچوں کو سنبھال نہیں سکتے۔ جب میں رات کو سوتا ہوں تو صوفے کے اوپر تھوڑی سی چڑھنے کی جگہ ہوتی ہے۔ جان سینا کی روح رات کو میری بھانجی کے اندر رہتی ہے۔ اور شام پھر میرے پاس آتی ہے۔ اچانک جاگنے کا تصور کریں کیونکہ کسی نے زور سے چھلانگ لگائی ہے اور آپ کے پیٹ پر اترا ہے۔

The biggest issue of parenting these days is guiding the children on how to behave on the internet especially the usage of Social Media where there are many child predators to look out for.
They r only 3 and 5. So currently social media is not one of my concerns. Utube kids is getting wild these days. More kid vloggers insulting their moms than cartoons.

This baby bed dancing thing is probably found all over the world, my cousins also dance on the bed when they get home, and their dancing is so intense that it disrupts my sleep.
