The Power of Jinnah’s Vision

The annoying sound of the mini trumpet, specifically designed for Independence Day, made me realize it is Independence Month. Otherwise, my hectic routine made me too sick to think about or celebrate anything. I wonder how brilliantly Jinnah won against Britain and the English only with the power of a pen. Imagine a flood of people who cannot understand you; even if you do not look like their Islamic idol, they still firmly believe in you. What you are saying is their motto, what you are telling them is their inspiration, and what they have must be sacrificed for you. History would not be able to give birth to another leader like him. Why did he want to give freedom to Muslims of the subcontinent when he already knew that once they were in power, they would also face conquest? He did all this struggle for the youth so that they would learn lessons from their forefathers and realize the true meaning of freedom.

The Pride of Being Pakistani

We are superior, we are Pakistani. The word freedom does not seem valuable until you are imprisoned. If you glance at the situation happening all over the Muslim world, you may feel gratitude for Jinnah’s vision. You are living in a country where no one will kill you because of your worship differences, your language, or your distinct appearance. It is not Gaza, where you would be killed just because a group does not want to see your religion or race growing. It is not a place where invaders will conquer you and murder you for being Muslim. It is not Gaza, where international media would become blind and deaf to the deaths of millions and billions of people and would not cover the bloodshed because Israel-based companies would shut down their businesses. Even the UN would not raise a voice for the freedom of such a country because, for them, they are not valuable, and the humanity of Palestine is not their concern.

The Value of Freedom

Still, you have to be fair. Look at these situations and realize how precious freedom is for you now and onwards. You might think of migrating somewhere else because of economic instability and debt, but consider: will you be able to raise your children according to your religion? Would you be able to accept a foreign, mixed culture? Would you be able to present your nationality proudly to them, and would it be acceptable to you if they treat you as inferior? Would you mind second-class citizen treatment?

Resilience Amid Challenges

Still, there are ways to a destination. Pakistan is suffering from terrorism, economic instability, and other crises right now, but these are not issues unique to this independent country; they are worldwide problems. So, leaving a country just for these reasons or feeling low about a country’s crises is not justified. Cherish each moment, whether it annoys you or satisfies you, and bring unity in dancing and reliving happiness. Make the flag of Pakistan fly high, with the same spirit.

A Special Independence Day

Why it is more special this time: This Independence Day is special as we have come so far in this war of independence, no matter how improvised or unbreakable the road to progress remains. Our armed forces, our Pakistani people, and their morale are unbeatable. We are strong enough to repel all foreign powers and capable of kicking back each invasion. It is bravery that we are still surviving in the war, where invaders are doing everything to make us unstable, but Pakhtuns, Sindhis, Balochis, Baltistanis, Punjabis, and Kashmiris are standing in unity to defend our homeland. This homeland, built for the living of pure people, will remain glowing on the world map until the end, InshaAllah. Pakistan Zindabad.

Jinnah's vision was the best and because of that vision we feel freedom here.... I agree with you that because of some problems like the economy and others it's not justified to leave the country..... Stay here and do something for Pakistan..... Jinnah built a country for youth.... As iqbal called us shaheen too but sadly their youth aka shaheen prioritized leaving a country for the sake of some extra cents.....
