Staying Without a Mobile Phone For Some Time is a Relief For our Minds.

We are seeing that nowadays all of us spend less time without our mobile phones and we are not realizing this yet. When we start getting older, we will realize that our eyesight has also become weak due to mobile phones and we have started getting more headaches. So what I am saying here is that all of us should definitely spend some time without our mobile phones during the day. This will give us a lot of mental peace.

Even if we select a time, especially at night, we should put our mobile phones away for two to three hours. If we sleep at 10 pm, we should put our mobile phones away at 7 pm. But this is not seen happening and we are not doing it. Today, when we wake up in the morning, the first thing we start using our mobile phones is using them in bed for an hour.

When we go to bed at night, we use our mobile phones for about two hours. And then when we start sleeping, we put our hands-free headphones in our ears and listen to songs. This means that our minds are not relaxed at all. At that time, our minds are not relaxed at all. There will be many losses. Today's children are using mobile phones more than us, especially those who are not going to school yet. They wake up in the morning and start using mobile phones.

Parents also give them mobile phones so that children do not bother them. If we do not end this habit of children, their health will not improve and they will remain weak because mobile phones also spoil many things for us. And the habit is especially bad when we do not sleep for eight to ten hours at the right time. It is a fact that our health will start deteriorating. At this time, I am also doing the same thing.

I work for nine hours and use my mobile for relaxation for some hours. That is why I also have a headache. I am also trying to make a routine for myself. I should put the mobile phone away for a few hours before going to bed. This habit of listening to songs at night must be stopped. Unless parents themselves start using mobile phones less, children will not be able to do the same. Children do what is happening at home.

Nowadays, we see that mothers themselves give mobile phones to their children and they watch TV all day long. That is why children have also become accustomed to it. The disadvantage here is that we see children who are three or four years old and they get glasses, their eyesight becomes weak and then their muscles also start to weaken. For this reason, we are no longer seeing those two people who used to meet each other in the evenings because of mobile phones. But people are busy using their mobile phones at home. It is a fact that mobile phones have brought us closer to people from other countries but have distanced us from our relatives and family. That is why that love is no longer there.

Every person is busy with their own lives and when someone else is in trouble, we can no longer ask for help from each other because the love we had before is no longer there. My school friends with whom we spent eight hours a day on a bench, we meet them after so many years. It is a fact that when life starts changing and gets busy, things change a lot in life. Some are watching their drama seasons here and some are listening to songs. That is why we are seeing that people are also getting many diseases more. Due to mobiles, people's physical activity has completely disappeared. Earlier, people used to go in the evening, walk in the park and focus on physical activity.

Phone can be useful for relaxation but it does not end there, we go from one app to another, doing this and moving on to doing another thing. The crazy part is that you are not conscious of time until after some hours.

Kids learn to use phone as much as they do because they learnt from someone close, might not be parents per say

A very important point here dear friend. We need time off from our phones to spear ourselves the problem of eyesight 👀. But for those of us who wears some reading glasses 🤓, its a good prevention to help our eyes .

However, we must always also switch off our phones 📱 when we are sleeping 😴 or needed to take a nap to avoid disturbance.
