Assalamu Alaikum, I hope you all are well, I am also well, the week passes very quickly, so today's topics were all very interesting, but I have selected this because at this time my health condition is not good and I am also getting fat, so now it has become very important for me to exercise if I want to live a good and healthy life, as doctors also tell us that if the stomach is big, then more diseases can occur, and if the body of a person is perfect,

Then more diseases will not occur, and for this every day we all have to walk and join the gym, here now it depends on all of us that how serious we are about our health, we see in our life that there are many people who just keep thinking, but due to their busy routine, they neither start exercising nor start walking. I used to go to the gym first. I had joined but then left due to busy schedule but now I will start again after a few days.

People say that Green tea makes a fat person slim, but I have to say that exercise keeps a person fresh and healthy. When it becomes a daily routine, life becomes much better. Therefore, it is better for all of us that we all know things about our health that no other person can. We know at that time that we need a lot of exercise every day.

Even if we are thin, we should still join exercise to make our life healthy. And here I will also do the same now because I have a friend who trains in a gym. So I will talk to him and go to his gym. When people are fat, their body becomes much more strange and the body also becomes strange, which starts to spoil things in a person's beauty and personality. So it is better that every man and every woman should take care of their exercise and exercise daily. Without it, we will never be able to live a good and healthy life.

I had a friend who also thought the same way that he would start exercising but he was busy with daily life tasks and till now he could not start so his weight has reached 150 kg so all of us will have to make a special decision for our life if we want our future life to be good and healthy because doctors also tell us the same thing that those people live good and long lives who exercise daily.

And walk daily and when in the morning especially when we walk there is cool air then it is much better for our health. He now wants to lose weight because it becomes increasingly difficult for a fat person to work, and a thin person who is fit lives a much happier life.
