Celebrando la vida de mi gran profesora Yessi en Yoy, dos tortas y mucha felicidad [ES | EN]
¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo un post en @liketu para mostrarles lo que viví el día de hoy, me tocó celebrar el cumpleaños de mi profesora Yessica Rada, directora y fundadora de mi escuela de baile @yoysalseros donde me estoy formando en ritmos latinos; cada año hemos hecho cosas geniales y hoy nos tocó hacer una pequeña reunión con torta y buena compañía.
Comenzamos el día con una clase teórica sobre la Rumba Cubana y su historia para profundizar un poco en este tema y luego de haber visto y discutido un gran documental al respecto que nos nutrió muchísimo, procedimos a probar esas tortas; una era un ponqué de vainilla y la otra era una torta de arequipe, debo decir que esta mezcla fue simplemente perfecta, tenía tiempo queriendo comer esa cantidad de dulce y hoy se cumplió.
Siempre vale demasiado la pena el celebrar la vida de tus seres queridos y nuestra profe alcanzó el 4to piso, qué interesante fue ponerme a pensar en ello porque yo apenas llegué al 3er piso el año pasado, por lo que mi aventura por los 30 apenas comienza y la de ella terminó y eso me puso a pensar en dónde estaré a mis 40, comencé a visualizar cosas geniales que espero cumplir en silencio pero con determinación.

Today I bring you a post in @liketu to show you what I lived today, I had to celebrate the birthday of my teacher Yessica Rada, director and founder of my dance school @yoysalseros where I am training in Latin rhythms; every year we have done great things and today we had a small meeting with cake and good company.
We started the day with a theoretical class on Cuban Rumba and its history to deepen a little on this topic and after having seen and discussed a great documentary about it that nourished us a lot, we proceeded to try those cakes; one was a vanilla ponqué and the other was an arequipe cake, I must say that this mixture was just perfect, I had long wanted to eat that amount of sweet and today it was fulfilled.
It is always worth celebrating the life of your loved ones and our teacher reached the 4th floor, how interesting it was to think about it because I just reached the 3rd floor last year, so my 30's adventure is just beginning and hers ended and that made me think about where I will be at my 40's, I started to visualize great things that I hope to accomplish silently but with determination.
