Street Moments - Monomad Challenge.
Street Moments.
When I talk about street photography, I can think of different approaches to this style. There are many ways to express what the street is saying, what is happening in the moment, and today I want to share with you a mix that is a little different from what I usually do. From my perspective, I think that in this series in particular, I am a little more inside the streets, a little more involved, and what I have captured is totally varied; there is no line of connection, just the streets.
These are photos taken in different neighborhoods of the city, at different times, with different details, lights, and shadows. Let's see what it's all about...
Facade of the Church of Our Lady of the Pillar.
Historic and religious monument in the Recoleta neighborhood, photo taken at sunset.
A man walks down the narrow stairs of one of the tenements in the La Boca neighborhood. The perspective in this photo is very interesting as well as the light and shadows.
"I sell my ego"
This poster has become very popular in the city; there are many more scattered around, and even if you don't believe it, it's a very simple but profound phrase.
The photo was taken in Plaza Francia in the Recoleta neighborhood.
Although this photo is backlit, the result was quite favorable for me. It's the entrance to the sculpture garden, also in the Recoleta neighborhood.
A restaurant sign with beer promotions, on a holiday in the La Boca neighborhood.
To finish, a somewhat minimalist photo, very simple but interesting depending on your vision.
That's all folks. Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
