Last week I was planning to get off in the San Nicolás neighborhood and walk through some of the side streets, This time I didn't want to focus on what was popular in the area but on the cobblestone streets that characterize the place and some other details. I wanted something more urban, to capture what was happening in those small blocks where there are not many attractions like in Plaza de Mayo for example.

Upon arriving and leaving the subway station I found a mega march and a large influx of people. From time to time they do this type of demonstrations there but I was not aware that one of them was starting right at that moment.

My surprise was that it was the gay pride march.

I had no intention of taking photos of that in particular, they are somewhat dangerous demonstrations, not because of the protesters but because it is a good opportunity for criminals.

There are too many robberies in the middle of all that.

I was walking from one block to another near the station, I thought I could get a different theme in the middle of this situation. So why not make a theme about the informal vendors who attend each demonstration or march?

Everyone looks for the opportunity to make money in the most convenient and possible way. These people are not there for any political, social or cultural issue, it is work and they take advantage of the opportunities.

You can get all kinds of typical and traditional foods, drinks and sweets. Some of these vendors were wandering throughout the square.

It had to be in black and white. So I leave you this set with this theme and I hope you like it.
