Trying to capture sunset at the donwtown river
I like photography; I started using the camera intensively since 2020. Previously I only used my cellphone camera to take photos of whatever I thought was interesting. I'm not very familiar with colorful photography, therefore I chose black and white for the passion photography that I'm studying at the moment.
Luckily I have several friends who often share how to try colorful and interesting photography. Because so far I prefer B&W photography.
Coincidentally, yesterday I tried to take a picture of the sunset on the riverbank in the city center. I tried out some of the color creativity available on my Sony a6000 mirrorless camera, and made use of the Sony 55-210 mm telephoto lens.
After the first setting, the image below is the second setting that I use. More colorful and slightly increased saturation. I also took several pictures with this setting, and the results were quite satisfying because I am still very beginner in this field.
Next, when the sun was about to set, I had to change the camera setting again to get more dramatic colors than before. I used fishermen as objects with a beautiful sunset background. And the results are quite good for this color photography experiment. Well, photography lover friends, that was my experience of trying photography which was very enjoyable. Hopefully fellow photography lovers can provide input, so that in the future I will be able to improve my photography skills, which is one of my hobbies.
