I don't know what kind of bird this is, but it's quite large. I found it in the botanical garden in Pamplemouse, Mauritius. He is so consentrating when he was looking for small fish. Wow, what a stunning photo. It is a very beautiful bird. I congratulate you, I think photographing birds is very difficult, they fly away at the slightest noise or movement. What do you mean you couldn't see it catching something. Greetings

What a fantastic capture! ✨ The bird's focus is so intense, you can really feel its concentration 🙌 You were so patient to watch it, and it definitely paid off 💖 It looks like some type of heron...they're always so still when they hunt 😊
