📸 PhotoFeed Contest - Landscape Photography #123 : High altitude landscape in Chile
The photo was taken in the Atacama desert in northern Chile. The altitude is around 4000 m. This desert has quite extreme temperatures. It can vary from hot (close to 40 degrees Celcius ) to temperatures around zero during the night. But the landscape is amazing: snow capped volcanoes, geysiers, lakes... this desert has it all.
