The photo was taken from the Castillio de San Filipe in Cartagena, Colombia. It is quite a big city, located by the Caribbean Sea. Caratgena's Old Town is a big tourist attraction and definitive a place worth spending some time. The castle is also worth exploring, as it is one of the greatest fortresses ever built by the Spanish in their colonies.
