DSC_05.jpg

Nyhavn is one of the districts in the inner city of Copenhagen. The capital of Denmark. This is one of the most popular places to sit down in one of the eateries along the canal. Especially during the summer, it’ s a popular place for a cold beer. The houses are colourful. So is the history. Some of the houses are famous. This place used to be a commercial port. Sailors from all over the world would arrive here. Today many of the old houses are restored. Hans Christian Andersen, the Danish fairytale writer, once lived here.
