This looks delicious, though I haven't seen a chayote fruit before. I guess it can be used for many recipes too.

It is so versatile that it can be used in salads, you can season it with whatever you want, you can use it with milk and sugar and you get a delicious and nutritious drink. It is also known as water potato. Thanks for visiting me.
