ANGER IS INVITABLE MUST BE MUST UNDER CONTROL FOR PROGRESS TO BE MADE
Good day everyone my name is Gloria Godwin and I will mention 10 ways I normally put my anger under control by telling my self the benefits of letting go of anger,yes everyone get angry and one way or the other I have made somebody angry but for life to move on forgiveness must take place,and anger normally causes more pain and harm to me and the people around me but not to take much of your time here are ways of timing my anger in person.
10 WAYS I NORMALLY PUT MY ANGER UNDER CONTROL

1.self awareness,self acknowledgement and own up:in a more elaborate manner what I mean is I had to bring myself to agree with the fact that I had anger issues and also train my self to own up to accepting the fact that I overreacted to a particular situation and I normally had to tell myself in my mind that Gloria you need to calm down anger cannot solve any problem instead it will make things worst and before you know my body and mind begins to gain back it composture,I hope and pray my friends understand number because it is a very vital point

  1. I have trained myself to either respond slowly by thinking before I talk or choose to stay quiet for that moment:their is a popular adage that says count 1 to 10 before you respond or don't give a response when you are angry or happy because moods might make us give a respond that we don't mean,so for me I always look for a quiet place and listen to music, not just any but my favourite and allow the meaning of the song get to me and I cry out my pain believe me after that for me it over, no matter what you do after moment
    It's can't get to me.
    3.I have formed an extra ordinary habit of apologizing:yes it's an extra ordinary habit because it's not easy for some people to say sorry but for me .I can say sorry as much as I can inorder for peace to take place,I can even say sorry when the person is the one at fault but it doesn't main am wrong it simply means am strong and extra ordinary right.
    4.I Avoid people or places who easily irritate me and offend me: not every suits my vibe or make me happy to be around them not like their bad,the things that get them excited don't get me excited example I had to leave my formal place of work because the place has to be quiet and calm , you can't dance and you can't sing aloud , you don't have to laugh to much, because a patient can think you are laughing at him,so I left because that was opposite of me and you have to be on uniform at all times and I had to hide to take pictures for memory reasons.

5.l prayed about the habit:I prayed seriously about the habit and God heard me because nothing is impossible for God to doIMG_20241008_135711_941.jpg
6.I Read stories and tales of people that anger destroyed:I read books like the jealous twin and the story of the key that promise the daughter half his kingdom but she ask for the prophet head-on a tray many more, that talk bad about anger as a bad character.and also try to have a conversation with who have dealt with anger issues before it helps a lot.
7.I have enlightened and educated myself on how to respect people opinion and decisions and that has helped me to also get my decision respected also, because respect must be reciprocated,and believe me it works , whatever you do to others comes back to you.
8.I take it easy on myself when I get others angry because being angry at myself is also another way of getting angry,so when ever am wrong about a thing I calm myself down and try to make things right and check my level of anger control by the way I react to myself when am wrong, when am calm and don't get angry at myself when am wrong then am improving

9.I thought myself how to make a good choice of words:the way you talk to people depends on how they will respond to you,so when talking I choose my words inorder not to make anyone angry, when the people around are not angry,they will not use words that will get you obset.
10.when ever somebody speaks negative word: when ever somebody speaks negative word's to me to make me angry,I will take my time think if the person is correct I will try and change if not,I will just look at myself in the mirror and tell myself all the positive things that my creator says to me in his words like I am wonderfully and beautifully made or even listen to songs song like bloody Samaritan ayra star.thank very much for reading thanks love you all

Truly anger destroys, and the ability to say sorry when you err some one is the right attitude to life...
