Is there a discord like app where the activities and transactions run on a blockchain?

We know that the ideas of cryptocurrency and blockchain are somewhat rooted in anarchist and rebelious thoughts to move out from the central authoritarian nature of governements or central banks etc. I wanted to see if such concepts(not necessarily monetary ones) can be put into work in an app like discord.

The apps like discord is a huge success in my humble option. But the amount of cyber bullying, and authoritarian activities are common too. So can we think about discord on top of a blockchain. Say the comments and likes and every actions(will be recorded on the chain) from an account will help evolving their "karma" and this score will decide if they can do more of his "good" activities in the server etc. "Bad" ones will suffer.

I realise that this might contradict some people's idea of anarachy. Because this is very rule based. But the ultimate aim is a harmony in a group/server. Also for some natural reasons we know that wealth and power(literal power) distribution never gets fair even in cryptocurrency world. All the distributions behave in a power law sense(as far as results suggest). like 5% users will gain 95% wealth/power.

So that brings me to the next question: Can some gain theory principles guide us to create a "rule" in a particular blockchain which won't create such a sharp wealth disparity, at least for those who try to put effort in? Anyway thats a different question altogether.
