SERENITY:UNVEILING THE PEACEFUL BEAUTY OF MARIAN ORCHARD IN BALETE, BATANGAS CITY PHILIPPINES

Hello @worldmappin family. How’s everyone today? I hope everything’s fine with you. Today’s blog, we will unveil the beauty of one of the hidden haven in Balete, Batangas. It is the Marian Orchard.
My husband and I decided to go on recreational trip away from the city. This is our family routine to go out and look for a relaxing place with my daughter every weekend for us to relax and get away sometimes with the noise in the city. But this time, we look for a place that is peaceful and a place that will boost our spiritual aspects. After considering so many destinations, Atlast! We found the MARIAN ORCHARD in Balete, Batangas. From Manila up to Marian Orchard, our travel hours are approximately 2-3 hours depending on traffic. It is accessible by private car or public vehicles. Along the way, you will see some relaxing scenic view of Batangas. But it is worth it. When you reached the destination, you will be amazed with the place. It is a perfect place to reflect and spend time together as a family. There is large arch, and a tree lined path leading into the main grounds. There are also landscaped gardens that added on its beauty. It is like entering another kind or world, world that is far from noise and chaos in everyday life.

Marian Orchard serves its religious purpose. The structures, designs and landscape were created by people to awaken a sense of the divine. If you want a quiet place to pray, they have a feature called the Sacred Heart Chapel perfect for prayer and mass. We offer silent prayer here for a few minutes with my husband and daughter and be thankful for our life. You can also explore their Orchard grounds fulled of gardens and beautiful landscaping.

As we go around with the place we saw the Tower of light, The Grotto of our Lady of Lourdes and there are also life-size statues of different saints. We rested on the benches and reflected at that moment. This place is a religious place, it is also ideal for family bonding who wants to seek connection between faith and nature. I enjoyed taking pictures with the place also. The beauty of the gardens captivates me the most. There is also gift shop near the entrance where you can buy some religious souvenirs. We really enjoyed the moment. My daughter is so happy as well as my husband. We discover the joy of being together as a family.

Before we go home, I realized that in a world full of struggles, distractions and chaos, Marian Orchards is one of the perfect place we can visit not only for its beauty but it reminds us that there is strength in prayer and healing. If you want a peaceful getaway with your family, loved ones or friends, Marian Orchard is worth visiting.

Here are the tips that I will give to you if you want to visit the place with your family:
Go early so that you will not feel the heat of the sun in the morning.
Wear your comfortable clothes and footwear for walking around the place and dress properly because the place is sacred.
Bring water and snacks, umbrella or hat of course don’t forget your camera.

Want To Visit:
By private car: you must take the South Luzon Expressway and exit at Balete exit. It is approximately 6 kilometers.

By Public Transportation:
Board a bus from Cubao or Buendia to SM City Lipa Batangas. Then take a jeepney bound for Tanauan and get off at Levitown. Then take a jeepney going to Balete, Batangas or you can take a tricycle straight to Marian orchard.
