Ayer tuve la oportunidad de ir a un café, el cual está increíble, porque son personas que están muy comprometidas con todo lo que se trata del café: desde la siembra de la mata de café hasta el producto final. Yo no había tenido la oportunidad de ir a este sitio, pero ya había escuchado de él, y el dueño de esta cafetería tuvo el placer de conocerlo en un curso que él dio sobre la cata de café, en el que aprendí mucho.
Por su parte, me encantó que tuvieran muestras del proceso que lleva el café antes de ser sometido a la molienda, y es increíble poder apreciar todo esto. Te hace conectar más al café y amar cada cosa que se hace para obtener una buena taza de café.
Tuve el privilegio de tomar algunas fotos a unas bolsas de café. Estas son de la feria del café que se hace acá en Venezuela. La señora nos dijo que eran ediciones especiales que solo fueron expuestas en esa feria, y que el señor dueño de este café fue a esta feria y trajo algunas bolsas de café. A mí en particular me encanta escuchar historias y que sean entretenidas y lucrativas, mucho más.
Este lugar me encantó, porque son personas amantes del café y están tan comprometidas por dar un buen café que se involucran en todo, lo cual hace que este lugar sea especial, sin duda alguna.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to go to a coffee shop, which is amazing, because they are people who are very committed to everything that is about coffee: from the planting of the coffee bush to the final product. I had not had the opportunity to go to this place, but I had already heard about it, and the owner of this coffee shop had the pleasure of meeting him in a course he gave on coffee tasting, in which I learned a lot.
For his part, I loved that they had samples of the process that coffee goes through before being subjected to grinding, and it is incredible to be able to appreciate all of this. It makes you connect more to coffee and love every single thing that is done to get a good cup of coffee.
I had the privilege of taking some pictures of some bags of coffee. These are from the coffee fair that is held here in Venezuela. The lady told us that they were special editions that were only exhibited at that fair, and that the owner of this coffee shop went to this fair and brought some bags of coffee. I particularly love to listen to stories and I love that they are entertaining and lucrative, much more.
I loved this place, because they are coffee loving people and they are so committed to give a good coffee that they get involved in everything, which makes this place special, without any doubt.
