SpaceX strebe eine Bewertung von rund 1,75 Billionen Dollar an und wäre damit auf einen Schlag das sechstgrößte Unternehmen in den USA, hieß es weiter. Es könnte sich um den größten Börsengang aller Zeiten handeln.

Möglich machen soll den schnellen Aufstieg eine neue, von der Nasdaq vorgeschlagene Regel. Demnach könnte ein neu an der Börse notiertes Unternehmen bereits nach weniger als einem Monat in den Index aufgenommen werden, wenn seine Marktkapitalisierung zu den 40 größten Mitgliedern gehört.

Das Raumfahrtunternehmen SpaceX von US-Milliardär Elon Musk favorisiert für seinen geplanten Rekord-Börsengang die US-Technologiebörse Nasdaq. Eine Bedingung sei jedoch die schnelle Aufnahme in den Index Nasdaq 100, berichtete die Nachrichtenagentur Reuters am Dienstag unter Berufung auf vier mit den Plänen vertraute Personen.

Die Aufnahme in einen wichtigen Index wie den Nasdaq 100 gilt als erstrebenswert, da sie Unternehmen Zugang zu großen institutionellen Investoren wie Indexfonds verschafft. Dies erhöht die Liquidität der Aktie und kann helfen, Verkäufe von Großaktionären nach Ablauf von Haltefristen besser abzufedern.

Bereits im März könnte der Antrag eingereicht werden, ein Börsengang im Juni gilt als möglich. Die Bewertung des Raumfahrtunternehmens soll über 1,75 Billionen US-Dollar liegen.

Mit dem Börsenprospekt rückt auch der Bitcoin-Bestand des Unternehmens in den Fokus. Nach Daten von Arkham Intelligence hält SpaceX 8.285 Bitcoin in 43 Wallets bei Coinbase Prime. Beim aktuellen Kurs entspricht das einem Gegenwert von rund 545 Millionen US-Dollar.

Mein persönliches Fazit:

Fliegt Bitcoin gemeinsam mit SpaceX zum Mond? Fakt ist, dass der Börsengang wohl genauso volatil sein wird wie Kryptowährungen, denn die frühen Investoren werden nun versuchen, ihr jahrelanges Risiko an die Börse zu bringen und zu verkaufen. Für SpaceX bedeutet es, neues Kapital einzusammeln, um es in ihre Forschung zu stecken. Für mich sind Weltraumaktien das nächste große Ding, um Vermögen aufzubauen.

Aber ich werde definitiv nicht von Anfang an dabei sein. Für mich zählt nun Geduld, um die Volatilität abzuwarten. Zunächst sammle ich weiterhin Kryptowährungen und tausche zur gegebenen Zeit meine Gewinne hoffentlich in tokenisierte SpaceX-Aktien. 😇

My personal conclusion:

Will Bitcoin fly to the moon with SpaceX? The fact is, the IPO will likely be just as volatile as cryptocurrencies, because early investors will now try to cash in and sell their years of risk. For SpaceX, it means raising new capital to invest in its research. For me, space stocks are the next big thing for building wealth.

But I definitely won't be in from the start. For me, patience is key now, to wait out the volatility. First, I'll continue collecting cryptocurrencies and hopefully exchange my profits for tokenized SpaceX shares when the time is right. 😇
