Cold outside

.. Iceland.

Why?

I cannot say.

True, it is still a bit cold outside, with patches of snow here and there, although it was all white the day before.

Even there was a couple of days where the maximum daily temperatures stayed below the Zero during the whole 24 hours...

Brrrr...

Now, despite its name, Iceland was pretty green.

Yeah you've heard Greenland is white but I haven't been there (yet) to confirm or deny this.
