Monomad Challenge || Rice plant locust.

My contribution to the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes.

Such a unique characteristic with the texture of the green color of the grass allows them to camouflage with the leaves of the grass bushes, making them difficult to see when they are among the leaves and this is one of the advantages possessed by rice grasshoppers Caelifera suborder that live in the rice crop environment of village farmers.

The open environment of green grass bushes is one of the environments that I often visit to do close-up photo shoots of plant insects that live freely in open environments and lately we have experienced rather extreme afternoon weather, sometimes it rains, sometimes the hot weather feels so stinging.

And in this afternoon, the sky looks a little cloudy and before the rain came, I took the footpath to walk in the abandoned field environment on the edge of the village rice fields only to find close-up shots of plant bugs insects that live in that green bush environment which also borders the rice fields belonging to the local community.

In that green bush environment of the abandoned rice fields, I found the grasshopper the size of a little finger, like what you find in an open environment, they are insects that are quite active in jumping and the shooting session is a little complicated, so all the detailed pictures you will find in my publication today is a detail shoot according to their movement in that environment.
