What's is actually really wrong? : Indecency

Hello beautiful mothers in the house

There is this trend in the society today that is very alerting and I wished it's a good trending habit.

I know know who got it wrong, is it the child or the parents, I'm not understanding the fact that a teenager will leave the house half naked just to roam the street and the parents will be at home doing nothing about it, as in what's happening because this is getting out of hands.

The other day I heard teenagers (13-17) discussing about how they paid for a hotel room for a guy to have her and the other said she is not stupid to follow a guy to a guy to his house, that if he so desires her, he should take her to a hotel, paid for a room and have her there, you know I had to look at them again and again and I was so sad and broken because at that age i didn't even know what sex is not even to talk of a man. I wept and shared it with my husband, that night we took time to pray for my baby girls.

Most times this girls are corrupt outside the homes and their parents are unawares still I will not believe this notion, why will parents not relate well with their child, know their friends and what they are doing outside the home.
I have seen a child who chooses to carry two set of dresses anytime she is going out. At home she is a well behaved, well dressed girl and very innocent but don't pray to meet her outside home because you will cry your heart out. She changes her clothes immediately she leaves the house to another person entirely and I'm sure the parents can boldly swear for her ignorantly.

I fee a child both male and female should have a good communication flow with the parents, if the father is strict they should be able to communicate well with the mom and if the reverse is the case they should be able to communicate with the dad. Don't let them deceive you with the innocent attitude at home, know where they go to, who they associate with and what they do outside the house.

The indecent dressing in the society is too alerting and I don't know what can be done about it.
Are parents not training their child well again?
What is really wrong?
Where did we miss it?
What can be done?

I feel so broken seeing a lady not a girl o, she should be in her 20's wear pant and top outside and was busy dragging it down as if she didn't see it when she wore it from the house. It was so annoying, what a world.
