One abiding memory of life in Palermo is the traffic. Cars would double and even triple park, blocking others in. If someone was stuck, they’d just lean on their horn until the guilty car owner came out to move it.

Oh the double and triple park is typical of there, same when I gone visit Siracusa... Here it's not tolerated, they would just call cops to remove the cars, but there it's risky to remove cars you don't know of who they are 😅
