I was laughing as I wrote all of it, so I'm glad you caught the laughter -- I just realized a seven-year-old, understanding the prompt word enough to break it down, might not be able to process how that back half breaks down!

Little kids' ways of saying certain words can be truly amusing. I find myself reluctant to correct my grandchildren because what they say makes me laugh. For example, a unicorn is a peenacorn.
I have taught children for years, and them making their own journey through language is a wonderful thing -- and utterly hilarious!
