They have not yet worked all the bugs out of the system, including some of the music you are supposed to be allowed to use ... and also, META may have quietly bought the company that runs TikTok outside of China to keep it from being shut down in the U.S. ... it's a mess and I hope it all works out for you... people could be taking advantage of the mess to run scams, too...
