This gave me a laugh because I know the German for "bath" ... I knew this was going to be a luxury bathroom offer! Schade, ich bin auf San Francisco ... I would hire you for an upgrade if I were in any of my dream cities in Germany!

Maybe next year I'll buy my neighbor's house and turn it into a vacation home. Then you can come to Germany and see Germany's first capital and the place where Martin Luther reformed the Catholic Church... or a freely accessible Freemasons' lodge 😉
It just so happened that I saw it today and had a good laugh from the title before even reading it in English! The comments were also hilarious -- so you will build in Austria for a whole Bitcoin, eh? I ran the numbers in my head in terms of distance to Bitcoin and then calculated it from Saxony-Anhalt to California -- and then really laughed!
My dreams of Germany await the completion of my duties to my aging parents, so you will have ample time to build that vacation house. I do deeply appreciate the idea. Vielen Dank!
Real estate prices in my region are still very reasonable. In my village, I could get two small houses for 1 Bitcoin. However, the little advertising mail only elicited a smile, and I haven't received any new orders yet. 😇
I do not expect that you will. Germans and Austrians are highly intelligent ... one does not do such a trade at this time in the market!
