Standing Tall Through Life's Storm

You know, life is not a smooth ride.
Sometimes the road to the journey of life must be bumpy and must have some potholes that might test your strength.

What happens to you when trials hit you?
For example, you lose a job, you are facing some financial challenges, or you are in a relationship that just ended and leaving you heartbroken. Sometimes it's just tempting just to go away the toil.

I've had some moments where I thought giving up was the best option. But you know what? I've learned how to face my challenges or no matter how hard it might seem. For me, that courage starts with just small steps. I remember when I lost my job.

My fear is what is next? What might become of me?
And those feelings and overthinking each day was overwhelming me. Instead of letting panic win, I have to devour a new strategy. First, I had to pray to my maker with faith, asking God for strength. And next, I have to re-figure myself and big myself up and put myself out there.

And the next thing I had to do is to surround myself with people who see me as valuable and are ready to be valuable to me also. So they are the ones that helped me and lifted me up. And also, like Eiji, for example, who always calls to check up on me and always presents up telling me about opportunities that he just sees online, he was very helpful to me.

What is the lesson behind this now?
The lesson behind this is that resilience is built. It is not an inborn feature in you. For every challenge that you face, for all the failed exams, for the pressure, those setbacks you have in your finance and your business, we teach you to bounce back and never give up, you have to learn that fear is loud, but courage is louder.

You have to realize that the trials and challenges you face, why you are in the corner and what you are made of, it shows you and challenges to prove to you to see what you are really made of. Tell me, if you are someone who is easily fed or who easily feel overwhelmed by the challenges of life, don't beat yourself.

Pick yourself up every day. Because every day is a chance to try again. You can start small according to your strengths. Take action step by step. Talk to someone or learn a new skill.

I know the road might be rough, but you know what?
Just like a palm tree in the storm.
Bend, but don't break. You have to keep pushing because your story isn't over yet.
