I have been on an exercise tournament over the week and I can tell the effects and the impact of morning exercise on my mental well-being. It has been a fruitful one.

Before I began this tournament experience, I had been feeling heaviness on my body, it was as if everything on me was dormant, worth not being active, and agile the way I wanted. So to relieve myself of this mess I needed to incorporate morning exercise to lighten my mood, relieve me of my stress, and give me a fitting steeze and composure of my body 😂.

In the process of indulging in the exercise, I had body cracks, my muscles were breaking as if I hadn't done exercise for the past 10 years. Though after the exercise, I had body ache, I couldn't continue. I paused for one week to be healed before getting on with another one.

My mental well-being was affected and I was wowed about the impact of exercise on my mental well-being. Before, I used to be dull in thinking, and other things. I can tell you that I'm smart in ideas, questions popped into my heart and answers came immediately because my mine is set right.

Calories were burn and strength came in. I was revised and free from boredom of lack of exercise.

I did the following exercise, running, jogging, walking, house chores and other aerobics

My steeze and composure came in stake.
