Reading develops mental mobility

Reading is like keeping your brain updated with meaningful information or messages about life. Being fitted in all areas is pivotal as it would help you to fit into your society with solutions and wisdom.
I described a man without reading as a "walking dead" person who has experienced doom or is dormant without offering value to people's lives.
Reading books helps to absorb knowledge and makes you outstanding in all your endeavors.
I have different ideal books on my shelf to cover up but sometimes, I do feel lazy and sometimes I do feel like being automated by machines to do the work for me, but I can't. I have all it takes to perform it my way. Each time I felt drowsy, I didn't bother touching my books, because I knew I wouldn't derive anything from what I read.
The steps have set for myself before reading are;
- Exciting spirit
When my spirit is excited and when am in a very good mood. That's when I will be able to absorb the details of knowledge. you know what will make your brain mobilized, "The Holy Bible", this is the sweetest book ever. It will set your spirit excited and your heart open for the tasks ahead.
- The heart
The heart is a very important place that mustn't be joked about, no matter what. The heart is the center of positive and negative thoughts. So we choose which one is best for you. When I choose to set my heart on tone and cultivate good thoughts it will be easier for me to navigate a readable atmosphere, so I can achieve what I want.
- Purpose
If you don't have reasons for reading, keep the book. Don't read for fun, don't read because you are forced to do so. Read with a purposeful mindset. Let your mind tell you, that you are reading to absorb knowledge.
- Vocabulary
Reading will help you to build your vocabulary and help you to know your choice of words to use at the right time. It will make you grounded in other fields of life and this will boost your boldness and tenaciousness about life.
Reading books about people's stories will your life in a foundation of firmness, resilience, consistency, and many more.
Reading develops our mental mobility which enhances our ability to think and process information in an effective way.
Let 2024 be enrolled with list of books you want to engaged into. Let it be your top priority as the day or week began. It will be of great benefits to our body, mental health.
