In the age of social media where it's easy to just be opinionated with one click of a button, it's never easy to avoid views that may trigger some, but mostly not 'feeding the flames' in a way to cause further discord does help for some personal peace, thanks @aiuna for sharing this enlightening article! d(^∇^)b

The concept of not feeling offended when someone is clearly trying to defame you, for instance, might seem insane, and truthfully, adopting this stoic stance is exceedingly difficult. Yet, if we pause to reflect, it makes sense.
