My Hive Goals for 24 November 2025
Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.
Let’s start with my Hive goals.
Hive & HBD
My current goal is 60k Hive.
Last week I made 306.3, bringing me to 61752.8 total Hive Power. That’s 88.2% of my goal!
Math time. 70k - 61752.8 gives us 8247.2. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 217 Hive needed per day to reach 70k by that point. Wow, that’s really increasing fast! Of course we basically just have 5 weeks left to the year, so time is fleeting.
How close will I get, that’s the question…
Second Layer Tokens
Is there anything worthwhile…? Seems like I’ve been saying that since the beginning of the year. I dunno. After the BRO mess and watching that investment vanish in smoke, I’m more than a little leery of anything on HIve Engine.
Silver
The silver chart for last week:
Finished the week with a bit of an uptrend, but… looking at the early morning Japan chart, I see it’s now moving down… oh well. We’ll see what happens next!

Man, 70k will be quite the accomplishment! It's crazy to think the year is almost over.
I understand being leery of any H-E tokens, but I'd suggest DUO. I know you're already invested, but it's cheap now. Later it won't be so cheap. 😉

For now, I don't have any goals, as I've reached my goal of 20k HP and I think that, incredibly, I'll still end the year with 21k. I'm much more relaxed, exploring other possibilities.
I'm really out of L2 tokens, I don't invest in almost any of them anymore... I think they're too risky at the moment after what happened with BRO.

I just picked up my first batch of silver for the year. I am looking forward to sharing it here on HIVE. I have another batch coming hopefully soon too!

Great job, hitting 60K was impressive! The year is ending so 70K may have until the next year, but you never know! Keep up the good work! With Hive being so cheap it would be a great time to buy a bunch, but I'm short on funds.
After BRO I think we are all more wary of second layers, I have my select few that I'm still in like DUO and PIMP.
That's some nice silver, there are so many silver coins and rounds I would love to buy but with silver at $50 it makes it much harder. I miss the days of $7 silver... At least we made some nice profits off the silver we already own!
