Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.

Let’s start with my Hive goals.

Hive & HBD

My current goal is 60k Hive.

Last week I made and bought 859.48, bringing me to 51993.61 total Hive Power. That’s 86.7% of my goal!

Most of it was bought. Hey — HIVE is cheap right now. Might as well buy some!

Math time. 60k - 51993.61 gives us 7953.509. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 41.4 Hive needed per day to reach 60k by that point.

Woohoo! Finally seeing some movement. Last week that number was 44.5. Of course that movement was entirely from me buying cheap HIVE, but any progress is still progress, eh? At this rate, I stand a chance of actually reaching my goal!

Now that HIVE has fallen below .20 and is testing .18, I might pick up more.

Second Layer Tokens

Nothing to see here. I sold some BBHO for profit, but also staked a bunch more of my BBHO curation rewards as well. I don’t know how @bradleyarrow is doing it, but the BBH community token is one of the very few on Hive actually doing well. Kudos to him!

But still no goals on the second layer. It’s nearly to the half-way point of the year, so I suppose at this point if I haven’t made any goals, I probably won’t make any.

Silver

The silver chart for last week:

Not too bad. Down just a little bit at the end of the weel, but pretty solid all week.

And yes, it is labeled as a coin, not a bar, a rectangular coin. Anyway, and we thought the dragon coins would be finished last year. Here is one for this year! And with a great design.
