Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.

Let’s start with my Hive goals.

Hive & HBD

My current goal is 60k Hive.

Last week I made 212.32, bringing me to 47936.95 total Hive Power. That’s 79.9% of my goal!

Math time. 60k - 47936.95 gives us 12063.05. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 47.3 Hive needed per day to reach 60k by that point.

Is that good or bad? Looking at last week’s post, looks like the number was 46.9 last week. Meaning now only did I lose ground, but I lost even more than usual. D’oh!!

Well… at least I’m close to 50k. That’s something, eh?

Second Layer Tokens

Some interesting news just hot off the press about PWR. Go read it here. Both @bozz and @trumpman separately suggested I look into buying some of it a while ago. I did so, but not a lot, only around 100 which I held in the LP and then just staked it when @empoderat added staking rewards. It’s grown into a bit over 107 in that time.

Anyway, I’m not sure if it’s a good move or not, but two people I trust have suggested the token, and it’s been very good in all the time I’ve held it, so maybe it’s time to buy more.

Not a bad week—mostly up until dropping a bit on Friday. Let’s see if this week can’t give us better gains!

Looks like APMEX has rounds and bars from 9Fine Mint on sale. All are nice. See here. But this one jumped out at me.
