For today I bring you a new artwork, I wanted to make a decorative deck inspired by the war weapon of the character of the card, Chimney Wallstop in the quilling technique.

Hola a mis queridos Hivers y a la querida comunidad de artistas Diyhub, como siempre muy complacida y emocionada de encontrarme por acá, mostrándole mi trabajo hecho con mucho amor y especialmente para ustedes.

Un saludo para la comunidad de Splinterlands, y todos los que hacen vida por allí, estoy por acá para unirme al reto Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!

Para hoy les traigo un nuevo trabajo de arte, quise realizar un mazo decorativo inspirado en el arma de guerra del personaje de la carta, Chimney Wallstop en la técnica de quilling.

-I started by cutting with a guillotine to cut paper from a white cardboard, two thick strips of 9 mm wide.

• I took the strip and rolled it into a mold to make hoops, sealed with extra strong white glue and removed from the mold.
  
  
• The resulting hoop in the shape of a rectangle, then I took a piece of white cardstock and ran it around the hoop.

•Comencé cortando con una guillotina para cortar papel de una cartulina blanca, dos tiras gruesas de 9 mm de ancho.

• Tomé la tira y enrolle en un molde para realizar aros, sellé con pega blanca extra fuerte y saqué del molde.


• El aro resultante en forma de rectángulo, luego tomé un trozo de cartulina blanca y lo pasé alrededor del mismo.

• I took a 5 mm wide black strip and passed it around the center of the rectangle, and on both sides I rolled a 3 mm wide piece of white strip.
  
  
• I applied some pearlescent paint on the white parts, on the strips I placed on the sides I applied metallic gold colored paint, let it dry very well.
  
  
• I made a small closed white circle with 2 mm waterproof tape, which I glued on top of the rectangle on the black strip, and then painted it with gold metallic paint.

• Tomé una tira de color negro de 5 mm de ancho y la pasé alrededor del centro del rectángulo, y en ambos lados enrollé un trozo de tira de 3 mm de ancho color blanco.


• Aplique un poco de pintura perlada en las partes blancas, en las tiras que coloqué a los lados apliqué pintura metalizada color oro, dejamos secar muy bien.


• Hice un pequeño círculo cerrado de color blanco con cinta de 2 mm de agua, el cual pegue arriba del rectángulo en la tira negra, este procedí a pintarlo con pintura metalizada color oro.

• We are going to take a plastic toothpick, and we are going to pass a piece of thick black ribbon around it, leaving some spaces as you can see in the image.
  
  
• On the top and on the bottom of the toothpick, we are going to roll a piece of ribbon 2 mm wide these we are going to paint them in gold color.
  
  
• Once the toothpick is decorated, we are going to join the piece that we made previously, to form the mallet.
  
  
• We will make an open circle of black color which we will mold in the shape of a diamond, we will glue it to the bottom of the handle of the mallet, we will apply some details with pearl and gold paint.

- In this way we have ready this decorative figure, inspired by the weapon that carries in his hands the character of the card “Chimney Wallstop ”.

• Vamos a tomar un palillo de plástico, y vamos a pasar un trozo de cinta negra gruesa alrededor del mismo, dejando unos espacios como pueden ver en la imagen.


• En la parte de arriba y en la de abajo del palillo, vamos a enrollar un trozo de cinta de 2 mm de ancho estos los vamos a pintar de color oro.


• Decorado el palillo, vamos a unir de la pieza que elaboramos con anterioridad, para formar el mazo.


• Realizaremos un círculo abierto de color negro el cual moldearemos en forma de diamante, este lo vamos a pegar de la parte de abajo del mango del mazo, aplicaremos algunos detalles con pintura perlada y oro.

• De esta manera tenemos lista esta figura decorativa, inspirada en el arma que lleva en sus manos el personaje de la carta "Chimney Wallstop".
