Greetings, coffee-growing humans, how are you...

It's been a while since I wrote about this beautiful topic that is coffee and who else but a Colombian can talk about one of the best export products that my country has.
It is true that one of the best coffees in the world is grown here, especially in **Quindio **and my Department Antioquia, however as Colombians we do not drink the best because when you enter this entire universe From coffee you realize that creating a product of such high quality involves many factors and to be honest it is expensive compared to the minimum wage in my country. Thus, on a daily basis we take derivatives of this product, which although it is not exported, have a good aroma but no flavor.

This is how I want to talk to you about the coffees that I have tasted and that I think you might like or that you should try if you are a foreigner, so let's start:

The one I like the most is the one with the hazelnut aroma, it is too good, although I use the classic one more when I decide to make a Dalgona accompanied by milk.

• Cafe Montebravo: My parents are from this little town in Antioquia called Montebello. I found this coffee very sweet and smooth. You cannot find it in a store as such but you can generally buy it by going to the town or when you come to a fair in Medellín.

• The first one from Colombia: I recently tried this one, because my sister was in Cucuta and she brought it to me as a gift, well more like for my mother but she gave me to try it hehe, as it says The title is the first coffee that went on the market in my country.

This coffee is crazy, it is too powerful in the mouth and has a very good aroma. One tablespoon is more than enough for one cup. From my point of view it is much better than Juan Valdez and it was the one I fell in love with.

I hope that one day you try some of these products, as a Colombian I can tell you that we do have one of the best coffees in the world, but I also know that in Africa they make good products. In the end the best in the world is the one that is the best for you.

Saludos humanos cafeteros como están...

Hace rato no escribía sobre este lindo tema que es el café y quien más que un Colombiano para hablar de uno de los mejores productos de exportación que tiene mi país.
Es verdad que aquí se cultiva uno de los mejores cafés del mundo más que todo en el **Quindio **y mi Departamento Antioquia, sin embargo como Colombianos no tomamos el mejor debido a que cuando te entras en todo este universo del café te das cuenta que crear un producto de tan altas calidad conlleva muchos factores y siendo honesto sale costoso frente a como esta el salario mínimo en mi país. Siendo así que en el día diario tomamos derivados de este producto, que aunque no soy de exportación tienen un buen aroma mas no sabor.

Es así como te quiero hablar de los cafés que he degustado y que considero que te podrían gustar o que deberías probar si sos extranjero, así que comencemos:

Juan Valdez: Este es uno de los cafés mas conocidos por el mundo y un producto de exportación. Es muy rico, generalmente cada mes compro alguno de estos

El que mas me gusta es el que tiene Aroma a avellanas es demasiado bueno, aunque el clásico lo uso mas cuando me animo a hacer un Dalgona acompañado de leche.

Tostao: No es bueno pero tampoco malo, digamos que es un estándar en cuanto a calidad; este lo compre para probarlo pero siendo honesto no me sorprendió frente a toda la publicidad que se le hace.

Cafe Montebravo: Mis padres son de este pueblito en Antioquia llamado Montebello. Este café me pareció muy dulce y suave. No lo podes encontrar en una tienda como tal sino que generalmente se puede comprar yendo al pueblito o cuando vienen a una feria en Medellín.

El primero de Colombia: Este hace poco lo probé, debido a que mi hermana estuvo por Cucuta y me lo trajo de regalo, bueno mas bien a mi madre pero ella me dio a probarlo jeje, como dice el titulo este es el primer café que salio al mercado en mi país.
Este café es una cosa de locos, es demasiado potente en boca y tiene un muy buen aroma. Con una cucharada es mas que suficiente para una taza. Desde mi punto de vista es mucho mejor que el Juan Valdez y fue el que me enamoro.

Espero que algún día pruebes algunos de estos productos, como Colombiano te puedo decir que si tenemos uno de los mejores cafés del mundo, pero también se que en África hacen buenos productos. Al final el mejor del mundo es el que sea el mejor para ti.
