I remember the first time I meet Indians in my life. It was an event program I had twoof them sitting together with me India, and from the first glance, I notice one thing they like to talk and laugh a lot. And that's how we get to be friends and will exchange contacts. Even when you are not in the mood, they will just say something small and everybody around start smiling.

One thing about Indians be say they no too form. If you sit with them, they will gist you about food, about movie, about family, talk about everything , say their life and even about small things wey happen for their village back home. Sometimes, I just dey look them and laugh because the way they describe things dey funny. They can use hand and body to explain something very small, but the drama go make everybody laugh go dey laugh many times.

Another reason wey I call them friendly na how they like to share. I remember my Indian friend always carry food from home, and before he chop, he go first say, “Come, try this one.” The food dey smell different, sometimes spicy till my eye go red, but the love inside the sharing dey sweet me pass the pepper.

They also like to joke about themselves. One of them will say, “Ah, my mother cook with too much chili, even cow no fit chop that one.” Everybody go laugh. I like how they no too take life serious all the time.

What surprise me pass be say, when you have problem, they can also be serious and stand by you. One time I was sick, my Indian friend come sit by my bed and say, “Don’t worry, you strong like Bollywood hero.” The way he talk am even make me smile small inside pain.

To me, Indians are friendly because they like to carry people along. They are funny because they don’t hide their feelings. If something sweet them, they laugh. If something pain them, they talk it. That simple nature is what make them good people to be around.
